HIM YAPI

Him Cadde, located on the main street of Kemerburgaz, is a project realized with a modern architectural approach, consisting of twenty-two residences and one commercial unit. The apartments, overlooking both the street and a quiet alley, provide a peaceful escape from the city’s noise. The project offers comfortable living close to the city while avoiding the chaos of urban life. It is just 5 minutes from the Kemerburgaz metro station and a 15-minute drive to the airport. Upon entering the main entrance, the structure is adorned with ivy, and hazelnut trees enrich the landscape. The walking path, bordered by river pebbles, presents a simple elegance. The building comprises A and B blocks, with a reception at the entrance of Block A. Throughout the building, artistic elements blend with living spaces, featuring sculptures, graffiti, and paintings. Metal sculptures at block entrances and a painting on the reception wall draw inspiration from modern architecture. The retaining wall, guided by open corridors, attracts attention with street art. Common areas are dominated by gray and earthy tones, harmonizing with the outdoor environment. Long corridors and lounges are designed to create a calm atmosphere. Aluminum doors with warm blue undertones add a positive ambiance. The open kitchen and living room are optimized for functionality, with wooden floors and beige furniture enhancing the spaciousness. The guest room and bathroom maintain a minimalist design, with white ceramics and green tile patterns adding elegance. The upper floor is accessed by partition-free wooden stairs, leading to the master bedroom, private bathroom, workspace, and storage area. A small terrace accessible from the bedroom provides an ideal space for morning coffee.
